To take advantage of our fastest ‘next day service’ please call our customer services team. Although for all of our other service levels there is no need to book a testing slot, we will need to confirm that we have capacity on your chosen day to process your next-day sample(s). You will also need to let us know when you are planning to get the sample(s) to us, as it must arrive by midday for us to provide results by the end of the next working day. Please note that all service levels are measured in working days, so a sample delivered on Friday for a next day service will be reported by the end of the following Monday.
