Cellmark is continuing to monitor closely the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are following all guidance issued by Public Health England to minimise the risk to our employees and the people that we work with.  As a major provider of forensic services to the police, our forensic provision has been classified as essential to the running of the Justice System and we are working with our staff to maintain service delivery to the extent possible in the current circumstances.

Currently our Customer Services team are processing great crested newt eDNA testing kits orders as normal. If you have an enquiry about your order please contact our Customer Services team on 0800 193 3362

Please note that from Monday 6th April Cellmark’s customer services team will be available on the slightly reduced opening hours of 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday – call us FREE on 0800 193 3362. At the moment Cellmark’s laboratory turnaround times for eDNA testing are unaffected.

We will update this notice as we respond to any changes in the government advice, or there is a change to our service provision, recognising that the wellbeing of our staff and the people that we work with is our priority.  Thank you for your understanding.
